Users Main Menu

The users main menu is comprised of 4 sections including customers, employees, carriers, and user summary.  The users menu is used to create and maintain all users that access the portal






Customers

Customer User List

The customer user list is used to create customer users who will need to access the portal


Gear Icon

Select the fields that you wish to display in the search results


Results Drop Down

The results drop down displays the number of rows or all to return in your search

User Registration

User registration is used to create new users manually in the system.  Users can be created automatically to save time; options will be discussed during the implementation period.


              







 

Customer Registration

User registration is used to create and maintain users in the system.  All user options will be discussed in the training session





 

Customer Master List

The customer master list displays the customer you are searching for in the search criteria.  The gear icon can be used to select different search results

Customer groups are used to create groups for customers for announcements and emails.  Groups can be defined by type, brands, regions, or managers.

Employee Maintenance Permissions

The employee user permissions are used to create and update employee permissions to the portal


None:  No access is permitted

View:   Can view screens

Manage:  Full admin access to view, and manage records




Employee Registration

Employee registration is used to create new users for the portal

Enter first and last name for the user


Username

This field is for PDS use only


Email

Enter the email address for the employee


Phone

Enter the phone number for the employee


Role

Check the radio button for standard or admin based on employee

Send registration email
