Email Failure (bounced)


If you receive a hard bounce error when trying to send an email  -  hard bounces are considered permanent failures so the portal automatically initiates an unsubscribe immediately to prevent creating other delivery issues.

It's always a good idea to check your spam filter or quarantine depending on the reasons for rejection.


To clear a block

  1. Tools>Email Tracking
  2. Options at the bottom
  3. Manage Block List
  4. Find the email>options on the right
  5. Activate Email
