How to edit a customer user account
- Click on the USERS tab at the top left of the page. Hover over CUSTOMERS and select USER LIST.
- Find the user or customer and click EDIT to view the user's profile and settings.
- The USER MAINTENANCE page is divided into several sections.
USER: view profile and manage user settings
ACCOUNTS: view and manage account assignments
Click OPTIONS > EDIT ACCOUNT to manage user and account level settings. You can also add
and remove account assignments.
NOTIFICATIONS: view and manage email notification settings
DEVICES: view and manage assigned devices and push notification settings
SESSIONS: View and manage saved sessions
