How to edit a customer user account

  1. Click on the USERS tab at the top left of the page. Hover over CUSTOMERS  and select USER LIST. 
  2. Find the user or customer and click EDIT to view the user's profile and settings.
  3. The USER MAINTENANCE page is divided into several sections.

USER: view profile and manage user settings

ACCOUNTS: view and manage account assignments

Click OPTIONS > EDIT ACCOUNT to manage user and account level settings. You can also add

and remove account assignments.

NOTIFICATIONS: view and manage email notification settings

DEVICES: view and manage assigned devices and push notification settings

SESSIONS: View and manage saved sessions
