How to create a Carrier

Create a Carrier

  1. Click ORDERS at the top of the screen and select CARRIER SETUP.
  2. Click on ADD CARRIER.
  3. Fill in the necessary information on the form.
  4. Enter the correct dispatch email address for the carrier as order submissions will have the dispatch carrier email as the recipient.
  5. Select the options necessary and relevant to the carrier. 
    1. Example: If the carrier doesn't deliver on Monday then disable the day from the delivery days option.
    2. Example: if the delivery time window is 12:00 then order delivery could be before noon or after.
    3. Example: Dispatch notes can be entered for every order in the system. 
  6. Save changes when the necessary and relevant information is entered.
