Assign a Carrier to a Customer

  1. Click USERS at the top of the screen and select CUSTOMER > CUSTOMER MASTER.
  2. Find the applicable account and click EDIT and assign a carrier
  3. To override carrier assignment to Ship-to level, click on OPTIONS > CUSTOMER LOCATIONS.
  4. Edit the Ship-to location as needed and update the customer location.
