How to connect sites to customer accounts and locations
Sites can be linked to either the customer master or a ship-to location as needed. This will make the necessary connection to an account so that assigned users will be able to optionally view tank readings and other site-level information. To assign a site to a customer
Go to USERS > CUSTOMERS > CUSTOMER MASTER
Find the applicable customer and click EDIT
Select the appropriate SITE from the dropdown list
You can also connect the SITE to a specific SHIP-TO-LOCATION
Click the arrow to the right of the EDIT button
Under OPTIONS select CUSTOMER LOCATIONS
Select and assign a SITE to the customer's LOCATION
