How to reset password for a customer
- Go to USERS > CUSTOMERS > USER LIST.
- Click EDIT for the applicable user.
- Under additional options, select PASSWORD where you will have 2 options available:
SEND PASSWORD RESET - this option will send a password reset email to the customer's registered email address so they can create a new password.
CHANGE PASSWORD - this allows you to create a new password immediately which is great when you're on the phone with a customer.
