How to Install Telnet in Windows 10

  1. Click on the start menu and search for CONTROL PANEL.
  2. Select PROGRAMS and click TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON or OFF.
  3. Check the TELNET CLIENT box and c lick OK. 
  4. A dialog will appear that says WINDOWS FEATURES and SEARCHING for REQUIRED FILES. 
  5. Once complete, the Telnet client should be installed and ready to use.
