User impersonation - How to log into the customer view

Admin users can log in as other non-admin users using our impersonation feature. For example, you can log in as a customer user profile to see the portal almost exactly as they would. Because different users can have different permissions for a given account, this feature helps when troubleshooting or to ensure a user's permissions are set properly.

At the login screen, you will enter the customer's email first and then your employee/admin email separated by a space. This will allow you to log in as that user and view the portal through their eyes.

Directions

Email - Enter the customer's email first and then your admin email separated by a space 

Password  - Enter your employee (admin) password.   

Email: user@customer.com user@admin.com (there is a space between both email addresses)

Note: If successful, the customer dashboard or home screen will be shown.
