How to submit a help ticket
Customers can submit a ticket for help directly from the portal. This article will discuss the 3 ways to submit the help ticket. The help menu can be found in the upper right corner of the app and it contains SUPPORT, CONTACT US, and SEND MESSAGE.
- HELP > SUPPORT
The TICKET HISTORY screen will show previous submissions along with the current status of the ticket. There is a VIEW option on the right side under options.
You can also click NEW MESSAGE and submit a new request.
NEW MESSAGE
Complete the fields and click SEND MESSAGE to submit your request.
- HELP > CONTACT US
The CONTACT US screen will display a form to fill out with your questions and you can also attach documents here. Once completed, click SEND MESSAGE to submit your request.
- HELP > SEND MESSAGE
The send message will display a pop up to create your request. Simply complete the fields and click submit to send your question.
