How to submit a support ticket
Customers can submit a ticket for help directly from the portal. This article will discuss the different ways to submit a support ticket. The Help menu can be found in the upper right corner of the portal and contains 2 options:
- Support
- This screen will show previous submissions along with the current status of the ticket. You can click View to view the details of the ticket.
- You can also click New Message to submit a new support request.
- Contact Us
- The Contact Us screen will display a form to fill out with your questions and you can also attach documents here.
- Once completed, click Send Message to submit your request.
