Sending Push Notifications
Push notifications are automatically sent to subscribed users for many events in the portal. For example, when invoices and EFT's are posted, announcements, order updates, and much more.
Occasionally you may want to send a push notification to a specific user for testing or other reasons.
Below are the steps to send a push notification on demand.
- Go to Users > Customers > User List
- Click Edit for the user to whom you want to send a notification.
- Go to the Devices tab to see a list of devices with push notifications enabled.
- Click Options > Send Message to create a push notification for the user's device.
Note: Push notifications are queued and usually delivered within 60 seconds to the user's device.
